Job IDEC M/F - Montbrison 42

We are recruiting an IDEC M/F to join a healthcare establishment located in Montbrison in the Loire department as part of a CDI.

Description
As Nurse Coordinator (IDEC), you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating carewithin the facility. You will work closely with a team of three managers, each responsible for a specific department. You will also be involved in managing schedules, backed up by two people for real support on site. Your hours will be flexible as long as the work is accomplished, and you will participate in the on-call system, shared over 6 to 7 weeks.

Structure DNA
Located in Montbrison, this structure is currently booming, both in terms of equipment and the number of patients residing there. We currently welcome 193 residents, with a total capacity of 210. The facility comprises:
- 106 employees on permanent contracts and 30 on fixed-term contracts
. - An adapted care activity center
- A protected living unit
- A medical team comprising two coordinating doctors (vacancies), an EPA, a dietician and a psychologist
.
Compensation
For this position, remuneration will depend on your profile and will be in line with the convention collective 51.
