We are recruiting a caregiver M/F to join a medical-social establishment located in Algrange, Moselle, as part of a permanent contract.
Description and duties
As a caregiver, you will work in a 64-bed EHPAD. You will be responsible for:
- Dispensing medication in accordance with established protocols
. - Hygiene, comfort and preventative care
- Carrying out dressings and routine care
. - Assisting residents with everyday tasks
. - Close collaboration with nurses in the implementation of care
. - Participating in the quality of support and well-being of residents
Facility DNA
The establishment is a retirement home for 64 residents, with no protected living unit or PASA. You will join a committed team and benefit from structured supervision thanks to the presence of renewed management. The working atmosphere is friendly and caring, with available management. Schedules are organized in shifts, with every other weekend worked, according to 12-hour schedules.
Compensation
You will be remunerated according to the FEHAP 51 collective bargaining agreement, attractive and progressive according to your profile and seniority.
