A long-term care facility near Annecy, in Haute-Savoie, is looking for a new nursing assistant (M/F) for a permanent position.

- Flexible hours (8 a.m. to 8 p.m., 6:45 a.m. to 6:45 p.m., or 8 a.m. to 6:45 p.m.)
The Facility
You will join a medical care facility located near Annecy and Geneva. It serves adults with disabilities, with a particular focus on individuals with neurodegenerative diseases. In addition, the facility offers personalized care aimed at maintaining residents’ independence, promoting their well-being, and preserving their quality of life. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team composed of doctors, nurses, nursing assistants, physical therapists, and social workers.
Compensation
- In accordance with Collective Bargaining Agreement 51
- Starting at €2,185.64 gross per month, with seniority credit
Responsibilities
- Provide constant and continuous supervision of residents
- Assist residents with activities of daily living
- Provide personal hygiene, comfort, and well-being care in accordance with medical recommendations and the care team’s instructions
- Participate in therapeutic support and in maintaining residents’ independence
- Accompany residents on outings and participate in offered activities
- Contribute to residents’ well-being and serve as a liaison with families

Qualifications
Certified nursing assistant with a degree from France.
