A home hospitalization service in Orléans, in the Loiret department, is seeking a new nursing assistant (M/F) for a permanent position.
Requirements
- Permanent contract
- Day shift
- 12-hour shifts with a one-hour break
- Four days worked followed by two days off
- Work one weekend out of every two
The Organization
You will join a home hospitalization facility located in the Loiret department. The facility provides 24/7 medical coverage and delivers care at a level equivalent to that provided in a hospital. In addition, there is strong local demand in the Montargis area, and the team is young and dynamic, led by a registered nurse (EAPA).
Compensation
- €2,175 gross including SEGUR
- Monthly attendance bonus of €75 (after three months of continuous employment)
- Night shift differential
Responsibilities
- Home care
- Extensive palliative care work
- Complex wound care
- Support for patients undergoing chemotherapy
- Monitoring and assistance during blood transfusions
- Participation in rehabilitation sessions
- Caring for about twenty patients per day
