An EHPAD in Ars-en-Ré, Charente-Maritime, is looking for its new M/F care assistant on a permanent or fixed-term contract. Terms and conditions - Permanent or fixed-term contract - Full time - 4-week cycle with 1 weekend out of 2 not worked, including a 3-day weekend - 10-hour days with a 2-hour break - Possible working hours: 07:00-19:00 / 08:00-20:00 / 08:45-20:45 The structure This is a medical-social establishment located on the Île de Ré, with a capacity of 70 beds and accommodating between 55 and 65 residents year-round. The multidisciplinary teams include 5 to 6 caregivers, 2 state-qualified nurses, 1 nursing executive, 1 coordinating doctor, 1 psychologist and 1 occupational therapist. The establishment emphasizes quality of care, resident safety and teamwork.
