We are recruiting a Care Assistant M/F to join an EHPAD structure located in
Mont-Saint-Martin in Meurthe-et-Moselle, on a permanent or fixed-term contract.

- 12-hour shift
- Every other weekend worked
The structure
You will work in an EHPAD with 91 permanent beds and 3 temporary beds, with two 11-bed protected living units and a 12-bed PASA. The facility offers a care environment focused on maintaining residents' autonomy and well-being. In addition, an IDEC is on site, and two doctors provide a regular medical presence.

Duties
- Help with washing, dressing and undressing residents
- Making up beds and maintaining the resident's immediate environment
- Ensuring the comfort and safety of those being cared for
- Accompaniment at mealtimes and assistance with eating, if required
- Assisting with mobility, transfers and mobilization
- Participates in maintaining residents' autonomy
- Monitoring and observing clinical signs
