The structure
You will be joining a medical-social establishment located in Le Grand Lucé, offering a caring environment for dependent elderly people. The establishment favors multi-disciplinary teamwork and focuses on the quality of care and well-being of residents. Remuneration
- Remuneration based on CCN51, with seniority and bonuses (annual, decentralized and Ségur)
Responsibilities
- Carry out hygiene and comfort care for residents
- Assist residents with meals and transportation
- Monitor health status and report any abnormalities to the care team
- Participate in the implementation of the care project and transmission of information
- Contribute to social and relational support for residents
- Respect and apply hygiene and safety protocols
