A healthcare facility specializing in dentistry, located in Lyon's 6th arrondissement, is looking for a Medical Secretary M/F. On a full-time CDI basis (39h), you will benefit from flexible working hours to be defined.
In charge of welcoming patients, making appointments and maintaining the waiting room, you are attentive and conscientious.
This position requires a profile capable of good presentation, impeccable elocution and indiscriminate thoroughness. You are able to use Veasy software, or you will be trained to do so.
Ideally, you will have some initial experience in the dental field.
The establishment is ideally located in the La Part-Dieu district of downtown Lyon, a 5-minute walk from metro station A and with numerous bus stations nearby. The 6th arrondissement has a reputation for being pleasant and relatively quiet because it's slightly off the beaten track. Your future facility is located on a shopping street, with ample parking.
