A dental practice in Rennes, Ille-et-Vilaine, is looking for its new Medical Secretary M/F for a permanent contract.

- Rotating schedule: one week open, one week daytime (with Friday off), one week closed
The structure
This is a dynamic dental practice with 7 general practice chairs and 3 orthodontic chairs, and state-of-the-art technical facilities. The young, friendly team includes a coordinator, four secretaries, a referral assistant and six qualified dental assistants. The practice is within easy reach, just 10 minutes from the train station. You can start work as soon as possible.
Your salary
- 1,650€ net/month
- 200€ bonus
Duties
- Answering telephone calls and e-mails, taking messages and managing emergencies
- Manage practitioners' schedules
- Create and update patient files in business software
- Monitor care authorizations, estimates and financial agreements
- Billing and management of third-party payment
- Process claims for reimbursement (DPEC) and handle various reminders
