We are recruiting a coordinating physician M/F to join a specialized nursing home located in Saint-Maur-des-Fossés in the Val-de-Marne, within the framework of a part-time CDI.
Description and duties
Within this structure for adults with multiple disabilities, you will be responsible for:
- Regular somatic monitoring of adult residents, particularly those without a primary care physician
. - Medical coordination in liaison with paramedical and educational teams
>. - Drawing up individualized care plans
. - Participation in multidisciplinary meetings and in the establishment's care policy
. - A complementary activity in general medicine or physical medicine and rehabilitation depending on your specialty
You will be accompanied by a nurse coordinator and benefit from a supportive environment, as part of a committed multidisciplinary team.
ADN of the structure
The specialized residential home accompanies 56 adults suffering from polyhandicap, ASD, trisomy 21 or neurodegenerative diseases, in boarding or day care. Spread over two levels, the facility offers single or shared rooms, and numerous adapted spaces: balneotherapy, Snoezelen room, therapeutic kitchen, multi-purpose dining hall, beauty salon, reading room, garden, and more
. At the heart of our project is the development, autonomy and social inclusion of our residents, in a secure and stimulating environment
.
Compensation
Net monthly remuneration of €2,268 for 1 day a week, to be confirmed according to future revaluation
