Job Coach Dental Assistant M/F - Namur 5000

A fast-growing dental facility in Namur is recruiting a full-time dental assistant coach H/F for 40 hours per week.

You will be part of a modern entity equipped with advanced technology, with a work environment that encourages autonomy, allowing each coach to manage his or her own schedule. Working hours will be Monday to Friday, with no weekend work, enabling you to maintain a balance between your professional and personal life. Within this network of 8 practices in the region, you will play a key role in the development and optimization of practices within this facility.

As part of your job, you will have three main responsibilities: training qualified dental assistants, assistants on professional contracts, and medical secretaries; implementing protocols for the advancement and improvement of activity; and managing mobile dental assistants, including managing their schedules and annual appraisals. You will be required to travel and report on the work of the staff under your responsibility, in order to optimize their learning and performance.

You will receive a salary of 2700 euros gross per month, with significant additional benefits including luncheon vouchers worth 8 euros per day, a company car (plus gas card), a 13th month, as well as an annual bonus based on objectives achieved, equivalent to one month's salary, and an attendance bonus of 180 euros net per month.
