We are recruiting a nurse M/F to join a medical-surgical clinic located near Nantes, in the Loire-Atlantique region, on a permanent contract.

Description and duties
Two positions are currently available within the facility: night nurse and circulating operating room nurse.

For the night position:
- You will work mainly in the medical department,
- You will work 12-hour shifts,
- One weekend out of six will be included in your schedule,
- When you arrive, you'll be given an induction course to help you settle in quickly.

For the operating room position:
- Preparing operating rooms and checking equipment in line with health and safety protocols,
- Welcome, install and prepare patients for surgery,
- Circulating during the procedure: managing equipment outside the sterile zone and providing logistical assistance,
- Monitor patient vitals in coordination with anesthesia team,
- Accompaniment to recovery room and post-operative transfer,
- Rigorous documentation of medical devices and surgical procedures,
- Participates in training new arrivals and coordinating the OR.

The operating theater offers a structured schedule from Monday to Friday, with operations lasting from 8 to 12 hours, depending on the specialty. The structure values integration, continuous training and interdisciplinary collaboration. Nurses have the opportunity to choose their specialty, particularly in the field of hand surgery.
Compensation
Remuneration according to profile and experience, in line with the conventional salary scale, with extra pay for night and weekend shifts.

Profile sought
State-qualified nurse, registered with the French National Order of Nurses. Previous experience in an operating room or medical department is a plus, but not required.
