We are recruiting a state-qualified nurse H/F to join a structure located near Chagny (Saône-et-Loire) as part of a CDI.

Description
You will be working in a modern EHPAD, with a 10-hour working day from 6:55am to 6:55pm, with a break from 1:30pm to 2:45pm. Your weekly work schedule will alternate as follows: 1 week with 2 days worked (3-day weekend Saturday, Sunday, Monday) and the next with Thursday and Friday worked. You will carry out various tasks:
- Distribution of medication
- Standard care and dressings
- Medical records management
- Traceability on TITAN software
- Work in collaboration with 4 nursing assistants and 4.5 hospital service agents (ASH) during the day

Structure DNA
This geriatric facility accommodates 60 residents, mainly senile elderly, with a few cases of Parkinson's. The residence, spread over three floors with two elevators, offers a cadre de bienveillance and a measured approach to patients, inspired by Montessori practices. Currently, the team includes two IDEs and night staff, in addition to care assistants planned to join the workforce.

Compensation
For this position, you will receive an attractive salary based on your experience, to be negotiated during your interview. You will also receive bonuses for replacing your colleagues, clothing bonuses and end-of-year attendance bonuses.
