Job Geriatrician M/F - Carpentras 84

We are recruiting a geriatrician M/F to join a medical care and rehabilitation center located in Carpentras, in the Vaucluse region, as part of a full-time CDI.

Description and missions
As a geriatrician within this structure, you will be in charge of:
- Medical follow-up of patients in full hospitalization or day hospitalization
- Developing and coordinating individualized therapeutic projects
. - Active participation in multidisciplinary meetings
. - Care of patients in polyvalent follow-up care and geriatric follow-up care for the polypathological elderly
. - Integration into the care pathway coordinated with neighboring structures, particularly in palliative care
.
You will work closely with the entire medical, paramedical and administrative team to ensure continuity and optimum quality of care.

Facility DNA
The facility has a capacity of 60 full hospitalization beds and 10 day hospital places. It welcomes around 500 patients a year in modern premises, adapted to personalized care. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team of experienced healthcare professionals: doctors, nurses, care assistants, dieticians, occupational therapists, psychologists, physiotherapists, psychomotor therapists, etc. The technical facilities include occupational therapy, physiotherapy, psychomotor therapy, a sensory area, balneotherapy and an adapted physical activity room. The facility benefits from strong synergies with the hospital and clinic in the area, encouraging clinical exchanges and professional enrichment.
Compensation
Remuneration according to profile and experience, with a maximum of €116,000 gross per year, including 13th and 14th month, profit-sharing bonus, participation in on-call duty, possibility of results bonus and SEGUR de la Santé supplement.
