We are looking for a Coordinating Physician M/F to join our EHPAD located in Metz, as part of a CDIpart-time (0.4 FTE).
Description
As Coordinating Physician, you will be responsible for the coordinationof careand the implementation of the facility's care project. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Supervising and coordinating the nursing team
. - Ensuring the quality of care provided to residents
. - Developing and updating residents' medical files
. - Collaboration with residents' families to ensure appropriate, personalized care
Facility DNA
Located near the city center of Metz, the EHPAD welcomes 66 residentsin permanent accommodation and has 2 temporary care places as well as 5 day care places. The facility is equipped with:
- A multidisciplinary team including a coordinating physician, a psychologist, an ergotherapist, a coordinating nurse, a facilitator, and dedicated administrative and technical staff
- Regular interventions by physiotherapists, an orthophonist and a podologist
- A pleasant working environment with a panoramic view of Metz from the dining room
- Diversified activities and local partnerships to enrich residents' daily lives
