You'll receive a salary of €4,000 gross per month, plus a wide range of performance-based bonuses (up to €800), including 1% of takings, 1% of units sold, 10% of sales on hearing care, 15% on accessories and 10% on maintenance products. If you're willing to work 9 days a month, you'll have the option of signing a service contract, for a fee to be determined at the time of your interview.
