ADN of the structure You'll be joining a well-known brand in the hearing sector with several stores in and around the conurbation, with outlets in Rodez, Onet-le-Château, Decazeville and Espalion. Compensation For this position, you will benefit from a salary of 58-65 k gross per year, indicative monthly remuneration of 4,500 for a beginner and 5,000 for an experienced employee, with a variable component every six months, enabling you to obtain the equivalent of a 13th month when smoothed over the year. Description and missions As an audioprosthetist, you will be in charge of a variety of tasks relating to hearing aids and patient follow-up: - Carry out complete hearing assessments in compliance with current regulations. - Propose a customized fitting solution for each patient. - Carry out trials, adjustments and fitting follow-up with a pedagogical approach. - Help patients get to grips with their hearing aids. - Ensure long-term follow-up: adjustments, checks, maintenance. - Work in partnership with ENT specialists, doctors and other local health professionals. - Participate in the management of the center: stocks, orders, technical documents Structure DNA You will be joining a hearing and optical store that has been located in downtown Guingamp for over 50 years. The audio business has been developed over the past 4 years, continuing the tradition of the original store. The current team includes an audioprosthetist with over 20 years' experience, an audio technician and a multi-skilled assistant (optics and hearing). The schedule is flexible, and can be arranged over 4 or 5 days, with or without Saturdays. Compensation For this position, you will receive a fixed salary of 3,500 euros gross per month, rising to 5,000 euros gross per month depending on your profile and experience. A system of bonuses based on objectives and levels is added to this base.
