We are hiring a hearing aid specialist (M/F) to join our store located in Fouquières-lès-Béthune, in the Pas-de-Calais department, for a permanent position.

You will join a group established in the region that has been operating in the hearing aid industry since 2010. The store is located near Béthune and the local job market, offering good access to amenities and major roadways. In addition, the internal organization promotes mobility between retail locations and provides a structured sales environment, with administrative support and dedicated tools for patient follow-up.
JobDescription and Responsibilities
You will primarily work in the hearing care division, handling patient reception, conducting audiological evaluations, fitting and monitoring hearing aids, as well as sales and providing advice to patients. You will be responsible for managing two stores, with a weekly schedule organized as follows: Tuesday through Friday or Tuesday through Saturday.
Compensation
For this position, you will receive a gross salary of €5,000 for 39 hours or €4,000 for 32 hours, plus 2% of sales revenue.
