A well-established foundation dedicated to supporting people with disabilities is seeking a new Head of Educational Services (M/F) for its center in Vitry-sur-Seine, Val-de-Marne, for a permanent position.

The Organization
This center comprises two ESATs, welcoming and supporting nearly 230 people with disabilities—including those with mental health conditions and autism spectrum disorders—toward professional inclusion through various activities: leather goods, food service, packaging, laundry, grounds maintenance, subcontracting, and paper crafts. The cluster is part of a foundation that has been in existence for over 60 years, with more than 100 facilities and approximately 2,500 employees, and is committed to the values of inclusion, self-determination, and innovation. You will hold a mid-level management position within the executive team, responsible for overseeing support and team management. In addition, the foundation offers real opportunities for professional growth and internal mobility within its network.
Compensation
For this position, you will receive compensation in accordance with the CCN 66 collective bargaining agreement, including recognition of prior service and application of the Ségur/Laforcade provisions.
Responsibilities
- Defining and organizing teams
- Managing staff and participating in the implementation of personalized projects
- Establishing and strengthening partnerships with local stakeholders
- Coordinating the network of employment and integration partners
- Ensuring compliance and the quality of support services
- Ensuring the continuity of professional and medical-social integration services
