A private, nonprofit clinic located in Strasbourg, in the Bas-Rhin department, is seeking a new healthcare manager (M/F) for a permanent position.

The Organization
This is a private, nonprofit healthcare facility affiliated with a major hospital group, offering specialized medical and surgical services, including geriatrics, gastroenterology, angiology, a sleep center, and departments of gastrointestinal surgery, ENT, and ophthalmology. The clinic has 118 beds and 21 outpatient slots, including a 40-bed geriatric medicine unit. You will primarily be involved in hands-on management within the gerontology department, working in tandem with a project manager, as well as independently managing the sleep center. In addition, you will join a stable and close-knit team in a small, particularly collaborative work environment.
Compensation
For this position, your compensation will be determined in accordance with the FEHAP 51 Collective Bargaining Agreement.
Responsibilities
- On-the-ground management of the gerontology department, supporting the project manager
- Independently supervising and managing the sleep center
- Managing schedules and overseeing team operations
- Actively participating in the clinic’s projects
- Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team
