The Organization
This is a medical-social platform with 116 spots, affiliated with a foundation that has been recognized for over 60 years for its work supporting people with disabilities, operating more than 100 facilities and employing approximately 2,500 staff members. The facility includes a SESSAD with 46 spots, an IME with 40 spots, and other programs that promote inclusion in school settings, with a staff of 90 full-time equivalents (FTEs). You will hold a mid-level management position within the executive team, working closely with frontline professionals, families, and partners. Furthermore, the foundation upholds the values of inclusion, self-determination, and innovation in its support practices, offering genuine opportunities for professional growth.
Compensation
For this position, you will receive compensation in accordance with the CCN 66 collective bargaining agreement, including recognition of prior service and application of the Ségur/Laforcade provisions.
Responsibilities
- Supervision and management of multidisciplinary teams
- Coordinating personalized programs and providing support to children and adolescents
- Managing admissions and monitoring the progress of those in our care
- Supervising therapeutic and educational activities
- Leading team meetings and collaborating with management
- Representing the facility to young people, families, and partners
- Handling administrative and budgetary matters
- Participating in the implementation of continuous quality improvement plans

Qualifications
