A medical center located in Saint-Denis, in the Seine-Saint-Denis department, is seeking a new healthcare manager (M/F) for a permanent position.
Job Details
- Permanent contract (35 hours per week)
- Monday through Friday
- 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (with a 1- to 2-hour break, depending on the schedule)
The Facility
This is a modern, recently renovated medical center with 12 medical offices and the capacity to accommodate a staff of 30 to 40 doctors. As the center manager, you will oversee its operational and personnel management, leading a team of approximately 25 to 30 people. Compensation
- Base salary of approximately €2,500 net per month, to be determined based on qualifications
- Monthly performance-based bonus
Responsibilities
- Supervising teams of secretaries and medical assistants
- Managing schedules and overseeing day-to-day operations
- Conducting performance reviews and providing support to employees
- Participating in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new employees
- Managing inventory, medical supplies, and orders
- Maintaining relationships with suppliers and partners
- Ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the center
