A clinic specializing in the treatment of eating disorders, located in Paris’s 16th arrondissement, is seeking a new healthcare manager (M/F) for a permanent position.

Requirements

- Monday through Friday
- The day-care unit is closed every other week during school breaks and for the entire month of August
- Night on-call shifts

The Facility
You will join a multidisciplinary clinic located in Paris’s 16th arrondissement, specializing in the care of adolescents and young adults and featuring SSR and MCO units, as well as a day hospital dedicated to eating disorders. The facility is supported by a comprehensive multidisciplinary team including medical specialists, nurses, physical therapists, psychologists, social workers, and administrative staff. These staff members are distributed across three units: inpatient, outpatient, and mobile. The centralized technical facility offers several rehabilitation rooms, a balneotherapy center, and gait analysis equipment. The facility also has a car park and a secure bicycle parking area.

Compensation
- Between €35,000 and €55,000 gross per year, in accordance with the FEHAP collective bargaining agreement and based on your profile and experience, with seniority credit

Responsibilities
- Hands-on management of paramedical and medical-social teams
- Overseeing and supporting a mental health service for adolescents and young adults consisting of a day treatment program, an outpatient unit, and a mobile team
- Assessing career goals and developing team skills
- Implementing and monitoring certification processes
- Overseeing initiatives related to patient safety and risk management
- Coordinating with physicians (pediatricians, psychiatrists, and general practitioners), residents, and clinical teams
- Implementing quality and continuous improvement initiatives
