We are hiring a healthcare manager (M/F) to join a hospital in Loches, Indre-et-Loire, under a permanent contract.

The Facility
You will join a hospital spread across two sites in Loches: one focused on surgery and medicine, with an outpatient clinic and emergency department, and the other dedicated to post-acute care, rehabilitation, and a long-term care facility (EHPAD). The team includes an occupational therapist, a dietitian, a social worker, APA coordinators, nurses, and nursing assistants, as well as a referring physician and a coordinating physician. In addition, sessions take place in the rehabilitation room or at the patients’ bedsides, as needed.

Compensation
- Compensation based on the FPH pay scale

Responsibilities
- Management of units and teams within the long-term care facility (EHPAD) department
- Designing, overseeing, and making decisions regarding projects within your area of expertise
- Participating in the training of new staff and students
- Evaluating professional practices within one’s area of expertise
- Participating in management meetings
