The Facility
This is a medical care facility that is part of a medical care complex comprising MAS, FAMs, and residential care homes, affiliated with a foundation that has been recognized for over 60 years for its support of people with disabilities, operating more than 100 facilities and employing approximately 2,500 staff members. You will hold a mid-level management position within the executive team, working closely with frontline professionals, families, and partners. The foundation upholds the values of inclusion, self-determination, and innovation in its support practices. Furthermore, Châtillon is ideally located in southern Paris, with excellent transportation links and in close proximity to Paris.
Compensation
For this position, you will receive compensation in accordance with the CCN 66 collective bargaining agreement, including recognition of prior service and application of the Ségur/Laforcade provisions.
Responsibilities
- Supervision and management of multidisciplinary teams
- Coordinating personalized care plans and supporting residents
- Managing admissions and monitoring residents’ progress to promote their independence
- Supervising therapeutic and educational activities
- Leading team meetings and collaborating with management
- Representing the facility to residents, families, and partners
- Handling administrative and budgetary matters
- Participating in the implementation of continuous quality improvement plans
