We are recruiting a healthcare executive IDEC M/F to join an EHPAD located in Issy-les-Moulineaux in Hauts-de-Seine, within the framework of a CDI statut cadre.
ADN of the structure
A non-profit organization that is part of a network of establishments with a strong presence in the Île-de-France region, offering a project centered on caring for residents and their quality of life. Capacity: 73 units. Weekday opening hours adapted to the needs of residents. The facility has a structured care management system and a network of shared practices. An information system dedicated to monitoring care is in place, with a technical migration scheduled.
Description and duties
Reporting to the Director of the facility and working with the coordinating physician, a member of the Management Committee, your main duties will be to:
- Lead and supervise the care team, including recruitment, integration, training and evaluation
.
- Develop and manage the facility's care project, and ensure its implementation
.
- Ensure that residents are cared for in accordance with the establishment's values and life and care projects
.
- Ensure the application of procedures and protocols to secure the quality of care delivered
.
- Maintain continuity of links with families and the external network
.
- Participate in monitoring the consumption of the care allocation and in the work of the management committee
Compensation
For this position, you will benefit from a 12-month remuneration package of between 42,000 and 48,000 euros per annum, including Ségur bonuses, with reversion to seniority in accordance with collective bargaining agreement 51.

Profile sought
IDEC with Bac+3 diploma or health executive with Bac+4 diploma minimum, with at least 2 to 3 years' experience in EHPAD and proven experience in managing a care team.
