Nurse coordinator job - Villerupt 54
We are recruiting a nurse coordinator M/F to join a medico-social establishment located in Villerupt, Meurthe-et-Moselle, on a full-time permanent contract.
Description and duties
As nurse coordinator, you will be at the heart of the organization of care and the smooth running of the facility. Your responsibilities will include
- Coordinating care teams and managing schedules
- Recruiting and integrating new professionals
- Organizing and monitoring care for residents
- Managing projects with a view to continuous improvement
- Supervising and supporting teams with a view to enhancing their skills
- Actively participate in the establishment's HR dynamics
This position requires a strong human commitment, operational leadership and a genuine desire to be part of a positive long-term transformation dynamic.
DNA of the facility
The facility, which opened in 2018, has 148 places, including 6 in day care, and several specialized units, including two Alzheimer's units, a protected living unit and a reinforced unit. It is run by a team of 70 to 90 FTEs, depending on the period, and supported by a dedicated management team. In a context of reorganization and improved service quality, the position offers a real professional challenge for a nurse coordinator wishing to actively contribute to a dynamic of change.
Compensation
Gross annual salary of between €35,000 and €40,000, depending on seniority and field experience.
