Compensation
For this position, your compensation will be determined based on your profile and experience.
Responsibilities
- Follow-up consultations for patients with stable chronic conditions
- Physical examinations and assessment of patients’ health status
- Monitoring patients with multiple medical conditions and helping to coordinate their care
- Collaborating with physicians and referring patients back to their doctor when necessary

Advanced practice nurse with a degree from France.
