A nursing home located near Évry-Courcouronnes, in the Essonne department, is seeking new state-certified nurses (male or female) for either a permanent position or a 6-month fixed-term contract.
Requirements
- Permanent contract or 6-month fixed-term contract
- 12-hour shifts, including 10 hours of paid work and 2 consecutive hours of break time
- Day shift only
- From 6:45 a.m. to 6:45 p.m. or from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
- Start date: as soon as possible
The Facility
You will join a private nursing home with a capacity of 90 residents, located near Évry-Courcouronnes in the Essonne department, just outside Paris. The facility is known for its excellent work environment and friendly atmosphere, supported by a stable team and low turnover; some staff members have been working there for several decades. Of the 90 residents, only 3 require special care, and the facility has no secure units, which makes the daily work of the caregivers easier. In addition, families are particularly satisfied with the quality of care provided. You will work as part of a team consisting of nurses, a nurse coordinator, and about ten nursing assistants on duty during the day.
Compensation
For this position, your compensation will be determined during the interview, based on your qualifications and experience.
Responsibilities
- Clinical monitoring and tracking of residents’ health status
- Providing nursing care, preparing and administering medications
- Working in collaboration with the coordinating physician and the care team
- Providing support and care to residents and their families
- Maintaining and updating care records
- Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team

Qualifications
Registered nurse with a degree from France. Entry-level candidates are welcome, and prior experience in a long-term care facility (EHPAD) is preferred.
