We are hiring a nurse (M/F) to join a clinic located near Frébuans, in the Jura region.
Terms of Employment
- Permanent contract
- Part-time (0.75 FTE)
- 6:45 a.m. to 7:15 p.m.
- One weekend out of every three
- Rotating schedule with a four- to six-week rotation
The Facility
You will join a community surgery clinic located near Frébuans in the Jura region, which offers a wide range of medical services including orthopedics, ophthalmology, ENT, vascular surgery, and urology. The facility treats nearly 3,000 patients per year, with a high volume of outpatient care and an operating suite comprising several operating rooms and an endoscopy room. Additionally, the environment prioritizes the quality and safety of care as well as opportunities for professional growth.
Compensation
- Compensation in accordance with the FHP collective bargaining agreement
Responsibilities
- Provide patient care and assist with the technical aspects of medical procedures, including IV placement and pain management
- Administer treatments according to medical prescriptions and draw blood samples
- Monitor patients returning from the operating room and assess their clinical condition
- Provide hygiene and comfort care and assist patients with activities of daily living
- Ensure the traceability of care and the reporting of observations
- Maintain a supportive and trusting relationship with patients and their loved ones
