A medical and surgical facility located in Besançon, in the Doubs department, is seeking a new post-acute care nurse (M/F) for a permanent position.
Requirements
- Permanent contract
- Full-time, 7-hour shifts, rotating 6-week schedule
- Several shift options: 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM, 1:00 PM to 8:30 PM, or daytime shifts (8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., or 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.)
- Night and weekend on-call shifts from 8:30 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
The Facility
This is a healthcare facility seeking a nurse for its post-operative monitoring unit. You will be responsible for caring for and monitoring patients as they wake up, working closely with the operating room teams. In addition, you will join a multidisciplinary team in a structured work environment in the heart of a vibrant city.
Compensation
- Base salary of €1,867.05 gross per month
- Ségur bonus of €260 and registered nurse bonus of €183
- Operating room bonus of €50
- On-call allowance of €75, plus compensation for both worked and non-worked on-call hours
Duties
- Care for patients in the post-procedural monitoring unit
- Monitoring patients as they wake up and during the immediate post-procedure period
- Monitoring vital signs and preventing complications
- Collaborating with the multidisciplinary team
