The Organization
You will join a home hospitalization facility based in the Montargis area, serving the entire Loiret department. In addition, a multidisciplinary team of about 60 professionals provides patient care 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with a care model focused on continuity and coordination.

Compensation
- €2,950 gross per month, with seniority credit
- Performance bonus of up to €500 gross per month
- Annual profit-sharing and incentive bonus

Responsibilities
- Supervising the healthcare team
- Organizing home hospitalization: pre-admissions and personalized care plans
- Coordinating the delivery of care and ensuring comprehensive patient care
- Managing the medication process
- Organizing patient discharges
