You will be working in an EHPAD nestled in the heart of a large green park, easily accessible and close to the local departmental estate and cultural center. The facility is spread over several levels, with spacious single and double rooms that can be customized and equipped for residents' comfort. Description and duties
You will act as the residence's coordinating physician, guaranteeing gerontological care for residents. Your main responsibilities will include
- Coordinating the activities of salaried and independent healthcare professionals working in the facility
- Drawing up and monitoring individualized care plans with residents, their families and the multidisciplinary team
- Supervision of prescriptions and close collaboration with the nursing team to monitor treatments
- Participate in summary meetings and in prevention and quality actions

Compensation
