Job Coordinator Physician M/F - All France We are looking for a physician coordinator M/F to join an innovative EHPAD management scheme, offering a flexible and mainly telecommuting approach, with an organization spread throughout France. As a coordinating physician, you will join a structure organized on a project management basis, where formal exchanges take place exclusively via visioconferences weekly. You will take part in training sessions, weekly telestaffs, as well as missions for consulting and auditing for an EHPAD. You'll also be taking part in webinars bimonthly to enhance your skills on the medical side. Your role will be crucial in integrating medical practices into the day-to-day running of the facility and in training care teams. The position offers great flexibility time, enabling perfect compatibility with parallel face-to-face activity. You will have remote access to the EHPAD's software for efficient medical monitoring, and benefit from the support of regional doctors and thematic experts. With no fixed location, this role is ideal for a professional seeking a work-life balance, while making a significant contribution to improving care in EHPAD. An initial physical examination is scheduled when the position is taken up, to ensure optimum integration. You will benefit from a compensation of 1000€ net/month for a commitment of 0.17 FTE, corresponding to approximately 6 hours of work per week.
