As part of its business expansion, a healthcare facility located in Ris-Orangis, in the Essonne department, is seeking a Chief of Service (M/F).
Requirements
- Full-time
- 9:15 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (one day per week until 6:00 p.m.)
The Facility
You will join a private, nonprofit facility in Ris-Orangis, Essonne, specializing in medical care and rehabilitation, with a focus on oncology and palliative care. The facility has 30 multi-purpose medical and rehabilitation beds on the third floor and more than 60 oncology medical and rehabilitation beds spread across the first two floors. The organization is structured with two physicians per floor in the relevant units and a paramedical team consisting of medical secretaries, nursing managers, registered nurses, nursing assistants, and physical therapists, enabling multidisciplinary and coordinated care.
Compensation
- Average net monthly salary of €8,000 based on a fixed number of days (negotiable depending on experience)
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the medical and paramedical teams
- Help organize medical schedules
- Lead team meetings
- Provide patient care
- Assist with patient admissions and referrals
- Develop and monitor care plans and ensure continuity of care
- Manage palliative care situations and complex symptoms
- Develop supportive care, early rehabilitation, and outpatient oncology programs
- Develop regional partnerships
- Lead projects to improve clinical practices and conduct applied research
