A nursing home located in Epinal, in the Vosges department, is seeking a new coordinating physician (M/F) for a part-time, permanent position.
The Facility
This is a recently built, intimate-sized nursing home with 64 residents, affiliated with the second-largest nonprofit nursing home operator in France. The facility follows an approach focused on preserving residents’ independence and social connections, guided by the Humanitude philosophy and the principle of well-being. You’ll find a hybrid approach combining nursing home care with in-home support services, including a day care center, a home care support program, and a regional resource center. The facility features a center for adapted activities and care, a secure living unit, and a vibrant program of activities with five different activities offered each day. Additionally, the facility offers a living environment that opens onto a beautiful park with a scenic view, located in the heart of a commercial district.
Compensation
For this position, your compensation will be determined during the interview based on your qualifications and experience.
Responsibilities
- Organizing and coordinating care within the facility
- Coordinating internal teams
- Assessing the alignment between residents’ health status and care capabilities
- Participating in the monitoring of individualized care plans
- Ensuring adherence to geriatric best practices and the appropriateness of medical orders
- Contributing to quality initiatives and institutional projects
