A multidisciplinary team of nurses, care assistants, psychologists, physiotherapists and other healthcare professionals provide personalized support for residents. Description and duties As a coordinating physician, you will play an essential role in coordinating care within the facility. You will work in close collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring the medical follow-up of residents, the development and updating of care projects, and the training of care staff. You will also be involved in managing the quality of care, while ensuring compliance with protocols and best practice recommendations.
