DNA of the structure The residence is a medical-social establishment in Chilly-Mazarin, close to the market, shops and green spaces. The facility has 62 rooms, including two adapted rooms for couples. Each room is functional, equipped with storage space, telephone and TV outlets, and can be customized by residents to recreate a familiar setting. A room is also available for the temporary reception of elderly people at home requiring individualized support. The establishment is APL-approved and authorized to receive social assistance beneficiaries. The multi-disciplinary team, supervised by the management, provides comprehensive support and encourages the maintenance of autonomy through a quality approach and adapted activities. Description and duties You will be the guarantor of gerontological care for residents and will coordinate the activities of salaried and independent healthcare professionals working in the establishment. Your main responsibilities include - Drawing up and monitoring individualized care plans in conjunction with residents, their families and the multidisciplinary team - Coordinating and leading care teams and external contributors - Supervision of medical prescriptions and coordination of nursing supervision - Participate in summary meetings and quality procedures - Contribute to the organization of care paths and the management of complex situations The position is based on 0.6 FTE. Compensation For this position, you will benefit from a salary equivalent to 110 K€ to 130 K€ on a full-time basis, prorated to 0.6 FTE, with a small margin of maneuver for an experienced profile, paid over 12 months and including a 5% bonus paid half in June and half in December, including the doctors' revaluation bonus.
