A medical-social facility located in Épinay-sur-Seine, in Seine-Saint-Denis, is seeking a new coordinating physician (M/F) for a permanent position.

The Facility
This is a medical-social facility with 56 beds spread across three floors, located in downtown Épinay-sur-Seine, not far from the banks of the Seine and close to shops and public transportation. The facility provides care for older adults with reduced independence or who are dependent, offering both permanent and temporary housing in functional, customizable rooms with private bathrooms adapted for reduced mobility. The residence features landscaped terraces, a sunny garden, a hair and beauty salon, as well as welcoming common areas that encourage interaction between residents and their families. In addition, the facility is part of a nonprofit group comprising 125 facilities and 3,000 employees, offering opportunities for career mobility and the possibility of supplementing your work hours at a second nursing home within the network located nearby.
Compensation
- Full-time base salary ranging from €110,000 to €130,000 gross per year, prorated according to the percentage of full-time hours worked
- Compensation paid over 12 months, including a 5% contractual bonus and the physician salary adjustment bonus
Responsibilities
- Organizing and coordinating care within the facility
- Coordinating internal teams and independent practitioners
- Assessing the alignment between residents’ health status and care capacity
- Participating in the development and monitoring of individualized care plans
- Ensuring adherence to best geriatric practices and the appropriateness of prescriptions
- Contributing to the quality assurance process and institutional initiatives

Qualifications
A coordinating physician licensed in France or the European Union, who is registered or eligible for registration with the Medical Board.
