The Facility
This is a combined facility comprising a nursing home (EHPAD) and an independent living residence, located in the heart of Fay-de-Bretagne. The facility offers a friendly and safe living environment, preserving residents’ independence while providing appropriate medical care. As part of a group committed to making quality healthcare accessible to all, you will work closely with the facility’s management and the medical and quality of care departments. In addition, several institutional projects are underway, including the reorganization of mealtimes, the development of skills in preventing frailty, and the implementation of standardized geriatric assessments.
Compensation
For this position, you will receive compensation based on the FEHAP pay scale, with an indicative range of €70,000 to €95,000 gross per year for full-time employment.
Responsibilities
- Organizing and coordinating care within the facility
- Coordinating internal teams and independent practitioners
- Conducting and updating AGGIR and PATHOS assessments
- Participating in the development and monitoring of individualized care plans
- Organizing geriatric committees and ensuring best practices are followed
- Contributing to institutional projects

Qualifications
General practitioner licensed in France or the European Union, registered or eligible for registration with the French Medical Board, holding a specialization in geriatrics (national certification in gerontology, DESC in geriatrics, or a university diploma as a Coordinating Physician for Long-Term Care Facilities).
