The structure
This nursing home for dependent elderly people is located in the center of Hambach, near the Paris-Strasbourg freeway and about 6 km from Sarreguemines. The facility has a capacity of 65 permanent beds and 3 temporary beds. The building is spread over several levels, including a reception hall, living areas, infirmary, treatment room and medical offices, and has been designed to encourage residents' freedom of movement and autonomy.
Remuneration

Responsibilities
- Drawing up and monitoring individualized life plans in conjunction with the multidisciplinary team
- Coordination of medical care and monitoring of residents' state of health
- Working closely with the nurse coordinator, psychologist and care teams
- Promotion of good-treatment practices and the Humanitude approach within the establishment
- Participation in coordination and quality meetings
- Interface with external service providers and partner care structures
