The structure
This is a residential facility for dependent elderly people located in Rueil Malmaison, in the heart of a residential community close to Paris. The medical and paramedical team works in collaboration with internal departments and local partners to ensure comprehensive care for residents.
Your salary
- 110,000€ to 130,000€ gross/year (full-time basis)
- Salary over 12 months, including 5% bonus
Missions
- Coordination of medical care and monitoring of residents
- Drawing up and implementing care and risk prevention plans
- Leading and supervising care teams and professional practices
- Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and quality committees
- Follow-up and control of medical records and prescriptions
- Interface with healthcare partners and families
