The Facility
You will join an independent, single-site, nonprofit nursing home located in Vaugneray, about 25 minutes from Lyon by car and 1 hour by public transportation. The facility is locally managed and has a stable, multidisciplinary team consisting of nurses, nursing assistants, a psychologist, a therapist, and an art therapist. In addition, the facility has specialized units and collaborates with several private practitioners to ensure comprehensive care for residents.

DNA of the structure You'll be working in an EHPAD set in 17 hectares of parkland, easily accessible from the A140 Francilienne motorway and by public transport from Chelles. What's more, in 2023, the facility will be relocated to new, eco-labeled premises, designed to promote residents' well-being. All units have en-suite bathrooms, some are interconnected, and 23 rooms are equipped with transfer rails. Description and duties You will be in charge of medical coordination and supervision of the care process within the facility, up to 0.5 FTE.
