The EHPAD is characterized by a personalized approach to care, respecting residents' habits and pace of life. You will be part of a multi-disciplinary team including an IDEC, nurses, care assistants, an occupational therapist, a psychologist and an entertainer, as well as private practitioners such as a physiotherapist and chiropodist.
Description and responsibilities
As coordinating physician, your main tasks will include :
- Drawing up and monitoring care plans
- Coordination with healthcare professionals and families
- Leading the quality and risk management process
- Medical supervision of the care team
- Participation in continuity of care and admissions
