Job Coordinator Physician M/F - Talange 57 We are recruiting a Coordinating Physician M/F to join a EHPAD located in Talange (Moselle), as part of a CDI part-time (0.3 FTE). Description As Coordinating Physician, you will play an essential role in the coordination of care within the facility. You will work in close collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring themedical follow-up of residents, the development and updating of care projects, and the training of care staff. You will also take part in managing the quality of care, while ensuring compliance with protocols and good practice recommendations. Facility DNA The facility, located in Talange, has 65 permanent accommodations, including 14 in Unité de Vie Protégée and 14 places within a Pôle d'Activités et de Soins Adaptés (PASA), as well as 4 temporary accommodations. With around 42 FTEs, the workforce includes nurses, care assistants, psychologists and physiotherapists, all dedicated to offering personalized support to residents.
