Job Coordinator - Lyon 69 We are recruiting a coordinating physician M/F to join a medical-social establishment located in Lyon in the 69 department as part of a 0.6 FTE salaried position DNA of the facility This medical-social establishment is located in Lyon's 9th arrondissement, close to shops and public transport. The facility extends over several floors and offers 80 spacious, functional rooms equipped with storage space and telephone and TV access. Each room can be customized to help residents maintain their sense of identity. The residence's landscaped outdoor areas are ideal for walks, and its communal areas are ideal for exchanges between residents and their families. A special unit is available for people suffering from progressive neurological diseases, providing them with secure, appropriate support. The multi-disciplinary team, under the supervision of management, provides care focused on autonomy and quality of life. Description and duties You will work as a 0.6 FTE coordinating physician. Your main tasks will be to coordinate the activities of salaried and independent healthcare professionals working in the establishment, to guarantee the gerontological care of residents, to contribute to the development and monitoring of individualized care projects in collaboration with the elderly person, their relatives and the multidisciplinary team, to participate in quality control procedures and coordination meetings, to supervise medical prescriptions with the planned nursing follow-up, and to adapt care plans in liaison with the unit for neuro-evolving pathologies Compensation For this position, you will benefit from a gross salary of €110 to €130,000 on a full-time basis, including the doctors' revaluation bonus. Salary is paid over 12 months, including a 5% contractual bonus paid half in June and half in December.
