Structure DNA
You'll be joining a dental clinic dedicated exclusively to orthodontics, founded in 1976 and recently taken over by a practitioner with some 20 years' experience. The premises, renovated last year, offer optimum working comfort, and the chairs have recently been replaced. An expansion project is planned to include a pedodontic practice. The facility has a floor area of around 110 m², divided between two treatment rooms, with a nearby parking lot to facilitate team parking. The structure ensures a structured organization and a professional atmosphere, for serene practice within a stable team.

Description and duties
You will work as an exclusive orthodontist, as part of a team of three permanent practitioners to ensure continuity of care. Your main duties will include:
- Take charge of new patients and carry out orthodontic diagnoses
. - Presenting and explaining treatment plans and estimates to patients
- Care and activation activities in collaboration with colleagues in the treatment room
. - Working in an organization where two practitioners in the activation room are in charge of treatments, while the third is in charge of new patients and estimate presentations
. The practice receives a high flow of patients, with an average of 40 to 50 patients per day when activity is calm. The current employee is due to leave between mid- and late February, so a new position could be taken up quickly
.
Compensation
For this position, you will be paid between €60 gross per hour and €110 gross per hour depending on experience and activity.

Profile sought
