In addition, the cooperative has approximately 3,500 member breeders and focuses its activities on genetics and reproduction. A significant portion of the staff is trained in reproductive monitoring, and the inseminators hold a specific certification; the organization also employs a lead veterinarian. Operations are spread across three sites, each with dedicated managers, and are organized into male and female divisions.
