The cooperative also has some 3,500 member breeders, and focuses its activities on genetics and reproduction. A significant proportion of employees are trained in reproductive monitoring, and inseminators hold a specific diploma, while the structure includes a veterinary referent. Activities are spread over three sites with dedicated managers, and organized into male and female divisions.
