Currently dedicated exclusively to canine medicine, this practice relies on a loyal client base and a fully functional technical facility.
The Property
You will take over a clinic spanning 140 m² of space, perfectly suited for canine practice, with a loyal and regular clientele. There is significant potential for growth in the exotic pet sector, which is currently referred to other facilities, offering a promising opportunity for expansion. Finally, the facility is equipped with all the necessary equipment:
- IDEXX blood analyzer for biochemistry and hematology, under warranty
- X-ray equipment
